Its taken a while to go from concept to shop. And I am very proud to have been associated with such an interesting project.
The scan took place in Oslo, at the most amazing Aviation Museum I think I have ever had the pleasure of working in. The story of the bomber itself was amazing, and well worth checking out.
As you would expect from Motion Associates, we really went to town on this aircraft, capturing the top side, the underside and the interior. Every little nuance, imperfection and strafe hole was captured. Wether the strafe holes made it through to the final model is yet to be seen. But Im sure I will get a chance to find out for myself over the holidays as I sit down to piece this scale marvel together!
